Wheel and tyre advice please

Got a 2007 1.9 tdi match

Looking to fit 35mm lowering springs front and rear but also looking at changing the wheels

Really like the look of the Porsche 928 alloys

Would go for 16 inch

But not sure on what ET and tyre size to go for with the lowering springs
