Golf Gti 2.0 Tfsi Bwa problems after installing Bluefin Stage 1

Hi, I'm having a few problems after installing my bluefin stage 1. When I accelerate hard the car starts jerking badly, and it feels like it's not getting enough fuel. It feels like this from 3rd gear up to 6th. It drove perfectly before the remap. It doesn't have any faults stored so I'm not sure where to start. I'm sure someone on here will have experienced this.
