The people's thoughts on 18" Cadiz alloys on Mk5
« on: January 02, 2018, 10:27:01 am »
Hi guys.

I've been wanting to swap my Monza 2 alloys since I bought the car. Ive been offered a swap for some 18" Cadiz Mk7 Golf R alloys.

Only found 1 pic on google of someone doing this on their r32. Do they look better than the monzas, what are the forumns opinions ?

Cheers

I'm with delob, don't think they suit the Mk5, its too rounded where as the Mk7's more angled lines suit them more. If it was me stick with the Monzas however its not us you should ask, if you like them get them, if you dislike them leave the Monzas on until something you do like come along.

Have to agree with above. But I’ve seen MK7 GTI alloys on a mk5 and that looks good.

Always been a fan of the monza’s though  :happy2:
