Not those specifically but I did run Kleber Quadraxer 2 all seasons 4 or 5 years back on an Alfa 147. I bet the Michelins are better, but all seasons are a big compromise. Not as good as a winter tyre on snow/ice and nowhere near as good as a summer tyre when it's warm either.
It depends where you live. 10 degrees is the magic number. Below that, summer tyres are like rock. They are a secondary spring in the suspension system, so ride quality suffers along with grip. And above 10, winter tyres are useless, so it is very much a location thing. Scotland, yep, they're of value. Down south, a waste of money.
