Fitting wise its straight plug in. I would definitely get it coded, its only 1 check box.Ive had 2 depo sets and recently switched from a HID kit to a LED bulb. Better light output and no need to worry about mounting ballasts anywhere.
Yes you should be ok, as stock lights dont draw a lot of current compared to HIDs.
