Lower Control Arm

Hi,

Currently removing coilovers for springs, Took out the coilovers and the perches they were on(I think).

Now I currently have the lower control arm with nothing to put the spring onto, What parts do I need?

Is it only the 1k0 512 297 or does this need to be fitted on with something else ?
