thin chrome strips for the front grill(where to buy?)

Does anyone know where i can buy some thin chrome strips for the front grill of my car?
the grill with the big chrome vw badge(top one  :smiley: )
like the ones on the mk6 grill :confused:

any help would be great guys :happy2:

I think Halfords do the chrome strips.
You can buy a replacement grill with chrome bars i think it is made by HELLA or In-Pro.
Personally i think doing anything with chrome on the upper grill will ever look right on a MkV.
I've thought about it and ruled it out.

The lower grill and fog lights works better. (see links)
The lower grill i purchased already modified from Germany.
The chrome around the fogs i customised from a vauxhall grill as the standard
design/shape of these fog lights dont allow for chrome trim.

I saw some either on tmtuning or oemplus. Can't remember which.

awesome do the inpro grill but i just dont want to buy it and then not like it!!!

When I had my polo I fitted some of these to the grille, got it off e bay for about a fiver for 5 metres or something like, It wasn't cut to size either, so would be perfect if you just wanted 2 strips.
