lost renewal form

some how i have managed to loose the renewal form for my driving licence but read some where if you take both parts of your licence you still can get it renewed

There is only the licence itself now, so no need for the paper bit. Don’t know what you mean by the renewal form as they don’t remind you ??

when your photo licence needs changing every 10 year's the dvla sent a renewal form out to take to the post office with your licence..Been today and all sorted now

I didn’t get one , but i am usually doing things well before they are due , so perhaps before they sent them out.
