How much power is REALLY useable?

even with good tyres i can light my wheels up with no issues at all. its all about how progressive you are wth the throttle and how good your tyres are.  im happily hunting for more power with no issues about it at the moment. once i get where i want to be i will have the diff fitted.

LSD will make the biggest difference in the corners, but id wager a set of TT lower control arms would have just as good a grip (or as near as dammit) but for a third of the price.

if your car is set up well powerr isnt a problem

right mods it will be fine  :happy2:
more is more, isnt that what they say  :signLOL:

dont forget that any stg2/+ car Ive been in/driven, has a smoother curve typically that stg1 only.
this tends to help the low torque hit that often lights the tyres up.

get in there  :happy2:

acellerating out of corners is something you adapt to on how its set up. mine is lowered and i find it a hell of a lot easier putting the power down now than i did before. lower center or gravity helps a lot. anti roll bars and diffs help too. i find my tyres quiet good, maybe because im so used to them but that is a very important factor if your putting a lot of power on the road. if i really want to spinn the wheels its easy, but as said its about being progressive with the throttle. i drive a stage 2 ED30 by the way and love it.  :happy2:

how do your arb's help get the power down ?
