Coolant Fault Codes

I have two fault codes which are turning my EML light on:


P2600 Coolant Pump Control Circuit: Open
p2185 Engine Coolant Temp Sensor on Radiator Outlet - Signal too high

Does anybody know if these are linked error codes? I know where the temp sensor is, but where is the Coolant Pump sensor?

I think the engine ECU toggles a relay for the electric water pump, so it might be complaining about that circuit.   Check to see if you get 12V at the pump connector.
