fuel pump issue

Hi. Had the AA tell me my fuel pump was goosed. So I replaced it with a fleabay one thinking it looked easy enough. Vroom started first time. All good. 2 weeks later just ain't starting. Is there any chance ive got the blue and black fuel lines from the pump the wrong way round. And how do you know they are right ie is there anyting on the pump that matches the blue line - many thanks.

There's a blue arrow on the top of the in tank pump housing to signify the blue pipe.
