Radio fuse ???

Hi, can anyone help with the location of the fuse for the radio........ a message has come up saying "insert swl disc" and now can't turn the *^*+'v thing off. Done the holding down the buttons thing, and it does eventually shut down but it's a right pain. Going to just pull the fuse for now until I get my head round it

i know there are a few fuses for the audio system but they control other things as well so no good pulling them.

Engine fues box =
Location F19 - 15amp - Audio system, navigation system,
+
Location F50 - 40amp - Audio system.

Dash fuse box =
Location 17 - 5amp - Audio system, windscreen wiper rain sensor.

What radio is it. there normally is a fuse on the rear of the radio unit you can pull so your not pulling a fuse that controls other things, Its a quick and easy job getting to the back of the mk5 radio units. Plus its always a good chance to hoover up around and in the middle vents. Just 1 thing if you haeve the large middle vent make sure its closed when you pull it out i found it makes it a lt easier without the flap hanging down getting damaged.
