Are these edition30/r32 lights?
« on: April 05, 2018, 05:16:20 pm »
I’m looking to buy these off of someone. They’re not 100% but think they came off a GT TDi. Are they the darker rear lights?? Wanted a second opinion before buying.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks. I thought as much. Be interesting to see if a couple other people think so too. Think I’ll get them.

Another no here. They're standard. Ed30/R32 are much darker.

A clue is in the price mate.  Genuine R32s go for 3 or 4x that price now.  Obsolete at the dealers now I believe.

Patience is the key, after waiting for nearly six months I managed to pick up a set for £90.

£80 each from VW! Damn that's cheap.

I thought as much to be honest.. they looked a little darker and I nearly jumped on them at £60. Always too good to be true.

That’s actually not too bad.. considering there’s not many second hand and what I have seen has been about £120
Was that £80 for a complete unit? Ie/ both sections then plug & play?

Might just pay the £80 each if I can get a bit of over time!
