Brake caliper services do a DIY paint kit. Results look OK on their site.

Assume it's handy enough to paint them when fitted on the car ?

I've used red hammerite with no problems at all.

managed to get some P&Q over the weekend to paint the two new rear calipers ... in the end went for Halfords caliper paint ... £10. Actually seemed much easier to paint on rather than go down the spray option ... paint when applied was nice and thick ... put about 3 coats on in totally and the results look great ... still loads left in the tin so prob do front ones again at some stage ... time will tell tho the longesvity of the stuff when the power washer is next out ...
