Hey guys, I'm having issues with my drivers door. On occasion it won't lock / unlock, and also the window has a mind of it's own, rolling itself down when I'm trying to roll it up. In addition, the auto-down press on the window switch doesn't work (I've tried resetting it using the long hold-up, long hold-down method).

I've been looking around, and I can't really confirm what the replacement part is. I have a feeling it's the "Central control unit for convenience systems" that VW like to call it.

Does this sound right?

If so, part number is 1k0 959 433 AK (the one on my vehicle is 1k0 959 433 AJ, according to VW).

Thanks.

I would check the divers side door wiring (between the A pillar and door) first.
