On the lines front it depends what kind of calipers you have obtained. R32/S3 calipers can either have a brake line from the hard line on your chassis to an o-ring that you bolt onto the caliper using a hollow bolt and crush washer or it can be from hard ling onto chassis onto hard line on caliper in which case you need a double female ended line (if this is confusing look at your rear calipers - they will have a short 4 inch section of curly hardline attached to the calipers themselves.) My r32 calipers didnt have the hard line but I rang HEL brake lines directly and they had no problems sorting my out lines with an o-ring/bolt. Mk5 lines could fit in theory but are too short. The mk5 hollow caliper bolt is a slightly different thread as well I think so dont force it into some s3 calipers or youll ruin their thread and leak brake fluid.
Pads wise you need s3 pads. Most websites will have options to search by model, just do that. EBC do cheap pads that are ok for road use (ie red stuff, maybe yellow,) you can pay more and more as you wish depending on pad.
