have done this myself , found it straight forward , best thing i did was buy a set of trim removal tools..

Definitely! A lot of people don’t realise you have to wedge a tool between the vent panel and the radio trim to lift the vent panel off its tabs.  Needless to say, the previous owner of mine just yanked the vent assembly off and broke it  :thinking:
