Steve the vwr wheels are gorgeous!! So much nicer than the team dynamics finish. Add that to the fact I think te 1.2s suit the mk6 much more than the mk5 and your on a winner. The car looks superb!!

And brakes, yep! Give dave a shout! ;)

^^^ I like the idea of the APR but the price just doesn't justify the end product (about £1300 + VAT for the Mk6), nor is there any dealers near me.

i know UK is Milltek country, but try to meet up with a forum member having the APR and take a ride, best get it on a lift and see for yourself the quality of, the compare to Milltek and then make your decision.
i would say in this case, you get what you pay for  :drinking:

Blueflame ftw!!

I wish The s3 was knocking around when you were up in the unit. It sounds bonkers when you want it too but then on the motorway it's quiet as a mouse!

That's the thing, I have been out in one and it sounded good, but after seeing the quality of one (all be it on a Mk5 Edition 30) on a ramp I wasn't massively impressed. The one I saw you could move the tailpipes up and down as it seamed too heavy for the rubber hanger and it was blowing on two of the joints. I know some of this could be down to the install, but still for a very premium priced system I expected better   :rolleye:
