I think the ride height is perfect mate.  :happy2:

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

The pics do not do justice to those wheels as they are awesome in the flesh!  :notworthy:
Wheels look perfect
Ride height is spot on too  :happy2:
Are they 8x18 or 8.5x19?

Thought so  :happy2: 18s look just right in this design.
19s look a bit too big:

May look better if he lowered it a touch.......anyway, glad you chose the right size  :notworthy:

the 19's would really work with a pinch of lowering on the Leon  :happy2:

Spotted a pic of your car, Steve, in December issue of Volkswagen Driver, on track at Castle Combe. As you know, I'm generally not much of a fan of the Mk6 GTI but your modified one is definitely an exception. It sits well  :happy2:

Time for a bit of an update.

After waiting the best part of three months to get these, I finally fitted the latest LED DRL Xenon's

After ordering them as I saw more pic's I wasn't 100% sure I was going to like them, but after getting them on mine I am really pleased with the results.

Next up was a bit of a temp change on the brakes, while looking for something a bit bigger than the porker 4 pots I decided to stick a set of S3's on with the Mintex M1144 pads and some Golf R pad clips

I can say I can feel much change over the porkers and the weight has upset anything on the handling, so as a temp measure until something else comes along I am quite happy.  :happy2:

How are those new DRLs switched, Steve? Manually switched on/off or is there any aspect of them automatic such as on ignition?

They look so much better than the standard Mk6 'DRLs' which aren't really, imo.
