Suspension set up h&r springs

What's a good setup with those springs and standard shocks. Is camber and toe adjustable?

At the rear, yes. At the front only toe is adjustable.

I would keep the geometry stock at the rear and use either SuperPro adjustable ball joints, or adjustable top plates at the front to play with camber.  I wouldn't go any more than -1.5 at the front personally.  Stock is -0.5 for reference, and zero toe. 

Aim for as little toe-in / toe -out as possible if you want to experiment. Race cars can use such things to their advantage but on a road car you want as little geometry influence as possible to avoid any nasty surprises mid corner.

Okay thanks. I have taken a screenshot off someones car off here which people commented saying it was good. Will try those settings first :)
