I think it’s the ONLY way to do it unfortunately. I can’t see the bar coming out any other way, and obviously an alignment will be required afterwards, which the ECS video fails to mention. And the replacement of numerous stretch bolts.
On top of that, on some cars the bush brackets are part of the arb itself and need curtting off.
I would recommend fitting the rear bar yourself as it’s easy, just be careful in the wet and in high speed corners. Then save up a number of front end jobs and get the front one done at that time.
