Seized Relentless Coilovers

Recently bought some second hand relentless coilovers - Money was tight and they seemed too good to pass up :ashamed:.
After finally getting round to fitting them I realised that the fronts were seized
To be specific the bottom locking collar on one is seized to the thread, and on the other the strut thread is seized into the strut body.

I've drenched them in GT85 + PlusGas, I've tried hitting the C spanner with a hammer to shock them free, and I've tried locking the top collars and forcing the bottom collar, but still no luck.
The only other options I can see are heating the bottom collar (don't want to risk it) or pipe grips/stilson's on the thread (don't want to destroy the threads)

So... can anybody give me any other ideas, or point me in the direction of somewhere that could refurb them for me? Preferably Midlands based.
Buying a new set isn't an option at this moment in time.

Why not ask Relentless for their advice / help?
