A remap ONLY effects the behaviour and hence health of the owner's valuable car.

A remap ONLY represents a significant financial investment to many car owners.

i think you have totally missed my point, i have a remap its great but would i get upset if somebody said to revo is better than giac for example? The answer is no i wouldnt as i have a life.

Not directed at the op but this is a gay thread where people are taking it way to seriously.

Hurdy, what made you change to Revo from CC in the end?

I went to GTI International and my car simply wasn't performing. 0-60 in 5.55 (I'd done 5.6 stock in 2007!!)and 13.9 to 14.1 second 1/4 mile passes were frankly rubbish.
I spoke to Carl on the REVO stand and he basically said that I'd notice a difference straight away with a stage 2+ map and they were offering a good discount and the SPS+ controller for free.
I gave it a go and my first go in the afternoon I ran the fastest MKV section 0-60 at 5.16 and a decent 1/4 mile of 13.6. All done without more than 10 mins adaptation of the map to the car.

I'd always thought about swapping to REVO as I do tend to change my mods and so a map that offers an SPS+ controller that allows me to adjust boost, fuel and timing was a great addition. The fact that it blew the previous CC on my car into the weeds in terms of performance was a real bonus.
