MK7 Wing Removal??

Evening,

Had an 'encounter' with a cow on the road which left its mark on the front wing of MK7 GTD, replacement wing has been sourced and painted however I can't find a guide anywhere on removal of the wing, found MK5 vid on You Tube which looks relatively straight forward, can anyone enlighten me?

Is it DIY'able?
