@bluo i think i might have done something similar to mine when fitting - currently have coolant leaking all over the place.

what was the part called that you ordered from the main dealer?

Not sure what the part was called, I just removed it and took it to the dealer and got another two days later.

Bump - anyone know how to prevent this? Just had it fixed but the mechanic said it will happen again as it's putting pressure on it

I've seen some UK made ali hose connectors on some of the Facebook groups cheaper than the one Dave J linked to.

The clearance for the coolant elbow is entirely dependant on how the air guide is fitted to the slam panel.  It needs a bit of experimenting (and raising the canister height as discussed) to find the right compromise.  You shouldn't have to do that on a well designed product, but [sh]it is what it is unfortunately.
