Whining when accelerating in 2nd gear?

Hi guys,

I've noticed that when I accelerate in 2nd, there's a high pitched whining noise that goes up in pitch with the revs. It doesn't happen in any other gear. Gear changes are all fine, DV was replaced a few months ago and didn't fix it.

What could this be and should I be concerned?
