R8 coilpacks.....any advantage ?

As above is there any advantage to fitting these ?
i dont know if the ones fitted to my car have ever been changed.
My car has done just over 100,000 miles

If you coil packs are not causing issues then no reason to change them.

i think they are fine but i am having a stage 1 map at Amber performance next week so was wondering if they would be an advantage.

You might well find the Stage 1 highlights a weak coilpack and it will misfire afterwards, so be prepared to change them if needed

Should probably add a pack of BKR7EIX plugs to the order as well if the ones in there are really old.

There is a Mann filter fitted at the moment.

yes, I think a performance filter will aid when mapping. I think its been known to have a better Air filter over an Induction kit.

Iirc I read somewhere that the ed30 has a slightly less restrictive panel filter than the k03 car, however something like pipercross or itg will do the job just fine.
