What width wheels for my GTI 9j rear or 10J?

So I've just got a GTI and have upgraded my wheels from 18" 8j r32 alloys to some nice calibre 19" 9j wheels which I've just put on that looks amazing. I've got some 19" 3dsm alloys which are 10j rear but I'm not sure if they will fit or if it will require a lot of work. Anyone for any ideas on this?

What offset are they?
