The sound doesn’t happen when driving in full circle ( driveshaft test)
Literally only when turning the steering wheel, once you stop the sound stops

have you checked the subframe and rack bolts? Maybe one/some are loose.

I’ve just put a new rack on mate, noise exactly same before rack change

Update, now it’s making the noise when not moving.
Lock to lock results in a light knocking which appears to be coming from the drivers
Front area.
