Anyone know the part number for the...
« on: May 27, 2019, 01:29:38 pm »
Cooling fans at the front of the MK5 GTI. So far from what I’ve found the part number for them is 1k0121207aa. But I’m not certain.

Replacing the cooling fans because of course I have the dreaded aeroplane fan sounding issue lol where the small fan fails and the large one kicks in 24/7 to make up.

I've found this part number as being the current one: 1K0121205 AJ 9B9.

PS: ECS Tuning states that your part number is a previous revision.

Thanks for the reply. Just had a look on that link and unfortunately won’t fit a MKV GTI when I selected my vehicle. that part no is for a TTRS 2.5

I got the part number from ETKA. The ECS Tuning site isn’t correct with all compatibilities. That rad cooling fan pack is shared by all the petrol engines, so not unusual that the 2.5 TFSI uses it too.
