Heritage department VW Germany

Do you boys and girls not know that VW have a Heritage Department..........only reason I know is I have an original audi URQ so with the car being considerably older than my mk5 it’s a nightmare trying to find them.
Most dealers can get hold of a lot of parts but for parts that are hard to source it might be worth using this link

Thank you Amanda,

I've bought from them before - ship quickly & just as you should expect from VW. I've been keeping an eye on their site for a long time for more mk5 stuff to come up, but very few parts have been listed so far. Think I bought some Ed30 badges and some GTI memorabilia to date. Am amazed at the amount of GTI 20th bits they have available, and all the Nos Corrado bits. It almost makes me want a project car...!

I used them for a few Corrado bits n bobs years ago after everything went obsolete, or back order.

VW only keep parts for 10 years, so expect some MK5 parts to go obsolete/back order pretty soon!   Annoying as you can still pretty much get any part for any BMW from the dealers, even obscure stuff like cargo covers for E34 Tourings!  Their 'heritage' is definitely stronger than VW's.
