Regarding your squeak, you can chase your tail trying to solve it. Would suggest simply swapping the pads, pad squeal is the sum total of many variables, so changing the pads should solve the problem.
Once the pads are out cleaning the pad galleries with a solvent soaked cotton bud, and then liberal dashings of copperslip or ceratec then new pads and they'll be as good as new.
If its a warranty job then new OEms but if you're paying get some pads from Brake International they'll be Textar and OEm equivs
