Need help finding the part number for cabin filter insulation

Hello everybody,

I just changed the cabin air filter of my -05 GTI and noticed that I am missing the insulation piece that covers the cabin air filter housing, I have tried searching for the part number for this insulation but haven't had any luck so far. This is where I need your help and hopefully someone knows the part number or the name of this specific piece of insulation. Thanks in advance!

I also need the screws pictured here, does anybody know the part number for these?
