DMF and clutch replacement
«

DMF on the way out, clunking noise has appeared in recent weeks at idle (DSG box). Stupid question but clutch kit may as well be ordered also I suppose?????
Eurocarparts have a sale conveniently (£540 all in!), are these LUK parts all good?
Thanks for the help ladies and gents!

You don't need a clutch for DSG, unless you mean the 'clutch packs' to handle more torque?
The DMFs from EuroCrapParts are dog sh1t. Mine lasted about 18 months before rattling. OEM is the only way I'm afraid.

Just giving this a bump! So Luk not worth it? Only running a stage 1 map so not looking for anything beyond 300lb torque and 300bhp.
With a dsg box is a new clutch needed as well as the flywheel? Or is this different on dsg???? Sorry a little ignorant here and struggling to find anything clear and concrete on line!
Thanks Rob

get an OEM DM as per puddings advice. And you wont need any clutch upgrade on a DSG stage one. it should clamp up fine.
