Headlight Problem

My son has replaced his Genuine Xenon headlight units with Depo replacements due to cracking. He has taken all parts off the old lights and transferred to the new. He has reinstalled the lights but both the inner lights on the new units fail to work... He has tried all things he can think of to get them to work. Bulbs are ok. Power is there. So any ideas ?

Any ideas at all ? We have even got replacement lights from Depo !

The inner lights are for the full beam. He might need to code xenons without flap or something.

It's been 5 years since I did it but there is a guide somewhere!
