Is it just me or do they not fit as good as the one in Hurdys pic, I assume Hurdys were also from gulfstream too...

I think the top ones are fitted to the inlays in Recaro's and the inlay is shallower than the GTI/ED30 seats.  

I was talking about the corners, look at the curves. In Hurdys pic they seem to fit perfect on the others the corners dont look right.

Yes you are right they are GTI Recaro's with tartan trim ie RS4 seats with cloth,so the Seat Adjuster inlays do not fit these seat as neatly orginal ED30 seats Adjuster,but still nice.

I,ve beem messing about with the recaros inserts for the best part of a year now. Its proving impossible to create the angle without,(A) destroying the part.(B) making them dangerous to use because the finish is very sharp.I,ve created all types of Jigs for the CNC but to no avail.

The shape is different from the oem seats and have completed a set from .5mm which is the best I can do..I,m sending these out to TC who originally asked for them but I,m not holding out any hopes of a result.(TC you have PM)

New inserts landed this morning. I havn't tried them yet but they are at least half the thickness of the last set, which is good but they appear to be the exact same shape as the last set, which were not quite right. But i found it difficult to overlay it in place and mark the changes needed.
But i then kind of forgot about them, which i must publicly apologise to MR Gulf for. 
So the delays with these have been down to me. 
I will try and mark up the correct shape tomorrow and pass the shape onto Gulf at U-dubs for the final  fix.
