List the dates and add a number onto the date some one is available I.e
24th april 0
8 may 1
15 may 1
Next person can just make the 1 a 2 for each of the dates he is. Available?

Its far better just to put a date up and stick with it. Just have a look at all the summer meet threads it takes two weeks to decide where on the M1 people want to meet to cruise down. :laugh:
the day will die a death if you wait for peeps to agree on a date. :wink:
