golf mk5 wheel problem

i have some mercedes c200 wheels 16 inch and they need a spigot and i also need an adaptor for the bolts as the current bolts wont fit through the holes in the mercedes wheels, does anybody know what size spigot i need an/or what adaptor i need ??
