Bushes
« on: January 17, 2020, 07:30:48 pm »
Had car back today after having dsg serviced, new rev g dv, new pcv and cam follower and was advised that front bushes and sub frame bushes are split along with both front shocks leaking ,a split cv boot and all round new brake pad discs and fluid needed ffs, question is I've heard the s3 bushes are a direct fit and provide a slightly firmer feel without losing the comfort is this correct and if so are tps best place to get parts? So far as brakes think I'll upgrade the calipers as I'm not very impressed with he standard set up even on a stock car , looking at probably s3 or mk7 r calipers depends which are cheaper

The S3 bush is solid rubber as opposed to the voided stock one and will tighten up the steering without nvh.
