Passanger door control module

Guys got s fault code for passanger door control module, passenger door will not open from outside when unlocked with remote. Opens with interior handle. Firstly where is this module based and are they easy to change?
Any ideas advice would be much appreciated

Update: After some google research I used a rubber mallet and a towel and did some precision hard taps on and around the door handle. Hey presto door is opening off the key again. I believe it has a micro switch which sticks.
