18" Diamond Cut Monzas - Question

This may be an age old question, but bear with me!

Is the 18" Diamond Cut "Monza" that came as an option/upgrade on the Mk5, the same shape as the 18" silver Monza that was on the Mk6?

In other words, rather than have the diamond cut wheels refurbed, if I had them painted silver, would they be the same as a "normal" 18" Monza.

...........if that makes sense.

Yes I'm pretty sure the mk5 and mk6 18" Monza's are the same style.

When I had mine refurbed a few years ago, I went for black painted cut outs like the mk6. They look better imo, especially on a black car.
