Rns510 radio tuning

Embarrassingly I can't work out how to tune radio stations on my radio!
Could someone enlighten me please!
It's an rns510 nav model, no dab.

If it’s similar to my mfd2 then when on radio hold the track buttons down, that should then go ‘manual’
