fuscobal:
Hello guys. Car has a stage 3 Revo software and has the following mods :

2006 Black Magic GTI | Milltek Non-Res Turbo-Back | BSH 27mm RSB + H&R 26mm FSB | BSH pendeleum mount | Evoms V-Flow| Stri Racing gauges | PCV fix | Sachs racing clutch | Forge Short shift + 42DD/FFE bushings | Bilstein PSS10 | Peloquin LSD | K04 turbo | S3 injectors | IE rods/Calico bearings | S3 front brakes + Tarox F2000 discs + DS2500 pads | S3 FMIC | S3 camshafts | Autotech fuel pump | 235/35/ZR19 GY F1 asymmetric on BBS RS-GT | REVO Stage 3

Here's my latest logs and dyno (Revo setting used was 9-8-9):

Car seems to run great. What I'm a little worried about :

- Exhaust temps of over 999 degrees
- The little dip in the boost response at around 5000rpms
- Actual fuel pressure is 3-5 bar under the requested of 130 bar (I've ordered the RS4 pressure valve wich is rated at 136 bar and I've heard cured this problem)
- The low pressure seems to be pretty low compared to the requested (this might be also related to the high pressure system
- Timing retard seems to be a little to much (maybe I should set timing from 8 to 7 ?)

Any comments would be highly appreciated !

danishmkvgti:
i notice you have a dip in boost same as me in 5600 to 5800/6000 rpm, any reason as to why??

fuscobal:
Not really but I'd like to find out. DV is in perfect shape, I've checked it. The dip wasn't there one year ago when I switched to stage 3 and made logs. In the meantime, due to a defective rod bearing that worn above limits, I opened up the engine and replaced the bearings with Calico race bearings and also added IE forged rods. I've also cleaned the valves wich were so full of deposits, I could barely see the through the holes. After cleaning the valves, the engine was much more responsive in low Rpms !

cuprak1:
Did you fit the rs4 valve and did it help?

fuscobal:
I did fit it and the logs show the valve is holing more pressure but the graph is more irregular now (oscillating like a wave). I'll post a comparative graph before and after !
