I’ve the similar THS full rubber mounts on mine
NVH is way too much albeit the gear changes are silky smooth (dsg)
I’m replacing very soon with OEM ones again as I can’t bear it anymore

I personally wouldn’t recommend it

Lower rpm the whole car would vibrate
Honestly it’s been bugging me since I installed it but just haven’t had the time to replace it

As crazy as it may sound, I’d choose the jerky downshifts over the vibration!

I wouldn’t be using track durometer bushings on a road car...

Sounds like you are a customer for a pair of new OEM side mounts + Vibratechnics dogbone.  That combination gives virtually zero increase in NVH.

The OEM mounts are actually OK for a few years, but they fall foul of the same rubber degradation that also affects tyres and chassis bushings.

Already changed the top mounts to 034 motor sport ones
.
Still not sure which bottom mount to go for as I don't want a lot of Nvh in the car

OEM will give the least amount of NVH and I'd say the Vibratechnics is a close second.
