Wheel spacers
« on: April 13, 2020, 07:07:16 pm »
I have 10 mm spacers fitted front and rear and wondered do they differ in quality as I had a hard time getting my front wheels back on today but the rears seemed to stay stuck to the alloy which helped a lot.
I think the rears are h & r but saw no markings on the fronts, I can consider drilling the fronts and adding a longer disc retaining grub screw in the future if it helps.

What you need is a wheel hanger tool for ease of fitment. VW do supply one but iirc it's a bit expensive for what it is. Here's what you're looking for.

Without traction power is nothing!
