Well after many phone calls I've decided to cancel my current insurance policy with Admiral. They are going to refund me enough money to cover the outstanding balance I have on my credit card which is how I paid for it so that completely gets rid of it and sod the extra years no claims as I've already got ten (touch wood). Spoke to Greenlight who have given me a superp deal and there cover starts on the 20th March and the Bluefin I ordered today should be primed and ready for then. Can't wait, woop woop!! :jumping:

Did it direct through them so that I could get the much appreciated 10% discount for being a forum member. They said it will be here tomorrow so it should arrive it at the same time as my Pipercross panel filter I ordered. Hopefully everything will go smoothly as I'm travelling down to Coventry on Saturday to watch some group B rally cars. My mates it his 2.7 Boxster too so hopefully I'll keep up now!

Now I'm lost? I've not mentioned shark fin anywhere unless the phone has predicted the wrong word? Anyway, I've not got any ariel of any sort.  :happy2:

£430 Fully Comp.

I'm 31 with full no claims. Car is a MK2 Skoda Octavia vRS

Carl :happy2:

Thats a good price :happy2:

I had to put mine back to standard as at 38 with full no claims and never not owning a performance car I was deemed an unnaceptable risk.

Next car will be high performance from standard!

My insurance is £210 with Aviva (fully comp, business use, protected no-claims etc) but they won't ensure any non-manufactures mods, so going with anyone else is going to cost me just over the £400 mark. Ouch :(   Currently have Bluefin and very impressed but have the car on the OEM map until my renewal next year and make a decision then about changing provider.
