milltek tdi exhaust on a gti

Anyone tell me the difference between a cat back tdi exhaust and a gti cat back from milltek, as i have seen one for sale, just not sure it is a direct fit, or what differences there are between the two?

The bore size on the tdi is small I think

I know they used the same system on the Mk4, they may have done the same on Mk5, Check Milltek part numbers -but they do list a couple of diesel ones
