Mk5 gti noises

Hi guys, got a couple of noises that have been bothering me for a while and currently
At a dead end on what to try next, I'll post a couple of videos on YouTube for people to listen to
Any advice appreciated. First there is a rattle on start up which is gone within 2 seconds
2nd is a strange intermittent rattling kinda sound, hard to describe.
