Were the sequential indicators an easy diy job? They are very cool

Hi ...they are a plug and play just like the originals so an easy fit ...unfortunately I’ve now removed mine and sold them but they did look good,,,

Small update on whats been going on ..First of all the coilovers are now on and i have also replaced the top mounts along with new Meyle HD drop-links. The Audi TT control arms are also fitted along with new bull-joints witch have been set to -2.4 degrees negative camber and the rear set to -1.4 degrees with a full geometry set up. They did have to remove the rear adjuster rings off the rear perches.

Also fitted a WG Motorsports short shift is not as fancy as the forge one but i've had one of these before and are brilliant. The bonus is they cost half the price and do the same thing. They should have come with these from factory,,,

all fitted...

Last of all i decided to replace some bulbs these yellow halogen bulbs were letting it down so replaced with a 6000k hid kit replaced the main beam with some Nightbreakers the side lights are now led and the lower fog lights are led too which freshens things up...

@Deano45 They look great!

I thought about doing my fogs, but after researching I realised that the higher the colour temperature the worse they are in fog. Using 6000k front fog lights in foggy conditions will create a dangerous amount of glare, but if you're happy with that then they do look better. I guess we don't get fog all that often in the UK.

I believe 1000K-3000K for fog lights is ideal.

Hi stu,
I only fitted these become I had them Lying around from a previous car I can’t remember if they are 6000k but that being said they do look bright but look so much better than the stock yellow bulbs And tie in with the headlights anyway I’ll give them a go as I don’t even use the fogs that much.

Ah good news!

After building a bit of a sleeper (hybrid turbo, but completely stock looking) 3 door, we now need to change to a 5 door.

I have just bought a special car that I’ve always wanted.

So I’ll try and do a bit of a build thread on this one, inspired by yours

This one looks great!
I’ve always liked white

Nice moods, well done.

Will you track the car? Otherwise I don't know how it will wear the tyre will all that camber.

I hear that we can also  use the TTS front top mounds due to the rigidity of it but I also fitted the Meyle on mine.

Hi ..Thanks

My plan was is make a better road car as this is my daily but who knows I might Take it on a track day in the future as for the camber the Audi TT arms improve wheel positioning and improve traction and that was my goal I still need some supporting mods . As for the tyres I’m unsure I guess it’s a trade off between tyre wear or better handling I’m more for the latter.

Looking good!

Was the key mod hard?
Not sure if I should have a go myself or send a key off.

Don’t want to mess it up
