Those LED tails particularly suit white and silver cars but they also look ok on red.. and grey.. and blue..

They look OEM because they are OEM.

Look very nice John & look better on a Silver GTi... BUT... i still prefer the OEM rear lights if im honest

The world's narrowest garage, or is it just my gammy eyes?! 

The Garage is 8'6" wall to wall. I park with precision about an inch from the rear arch and front wing mirror, so I can put the door on the first open rest point without it hitting the wall. 
None of you mentioned it is a long garage as I'm taking that pic from only halfway through the rear section of the garage. Single width, double depth, these 1950's houses really knew how to use the space

After seein u at stallers lastwk i went home and ordered myself one of them rear spoilers from osir. It's getting fitted tomorrow morning

Fit it yourself, it is easy and only takes 10 mins Wouldn't mind looking at that when it is fitted too

Looks good, the silver part of the LED interiors goes alot better on the silver paint, think it would be too much of a contrast on my black paint.  Have been looking for some ED30 lights if you decide to stick with the LED's let em know!

The lights are provisionally sold straight away to a member on here

I think you should remove them and send them south john.

My garage is a tad narrower than yours. I have a 2 inch thick plank of wood lined up against both walls on the ground. If the back tyre is touching the plank and the wing mirror is almost touching the wall, then the driver side door will open to the first notch its bump strip will still be touching the other wall! 

Unfortunately my car needs a respray!

John, do what I did. My garage is a bit narrow as well, so I just fitted an offcut of carpet to the drivers side wall. In that case I can open either the front or rear door, and if they open to far, it only touches carpet.

Love the LED's BTW.

Awesome parking skills hurdy, and even a small garage is better than no garage,  I like the fact that you obviously have to avoid the drain pipe by the garage door as well and swing it over once inside!

Hi Hurdy, I know it has been a while since the last post on this subject but I think these lights look great, where did you buy them? Did you have to modify them in any way ie reverse/fog light or were they for UK spec.? Are they genuine VW parts? Sorry for all the questions. Thanks
